Catching up with Adam Eckersley

Posted by nickogs20 on May 1, 2009

The excellent Les Rosbifs, a blog dedicated to following the fortunes of English footballers abroad, has published an exclusive interview with Adam Eckersley. The former Reds left-back is now plying his trade in Denmark with SAS Ligaen side AC Horsens, having spent time with Port Vale and Brondby since leaving United in January 2008.

The 23 year-old, whose younger brother Richard has of course featured for the first team at United this season, has some interesting things to say about his departure from OT, life in Denmark and in particular on English football in general.

Also of interest – Les Rosbifs’ articles on United academy graduates Kirk Hilton and Mark Howard.
