Sad that the first team can’t beat the scousers like the kids.

Wow! I didnt realise how depleted our squad is, 3 older lads on the bench! Wheres Morrison?
Good all round performance. Keane really is coming on leaps and bounds. I thought this game was going to be difficult to get a result, and it could have been different. Liverpool had a few chances in the first half, Devlin made 1 or 2 top class saves, and a few good tackles by McGinty kept the scousers scoreless. I seen Wooton with Paul Judas Ince, I thought his suspension was up!
Anyway, with Cofie injured Keane has really stepped up and his finishing is phenomenal. Cole and Lingard havent played as much as others but both were pretty good today, though Lingard looks a bit small, hopefully he’ll bulk out, has a nice touch. Tunnicliff back in defence was solid as usual, and Petrucci is gettin back into his stride, he run the midfield for the most part.
Roll on the youth cup!!! Paul McGuiness may have a selection headache in midfield, and possibly defence too. Heres my best 11…
Devlin
Massaci, Wooton, Thorpe, Fryers
Tunnicliff, Pogba, Petrucci
Morrison, Cofie, Keane.
Ive left out Brown and Brady as theyre both injured for a while yet.

What do you think of Massacci’s start for United? A bit shaky at times..
I guess it could be hard for Hussein to get in the team again after his injury… I guess there will be rotation in central midfield. Petrucci will propably be promoted to the reserves very soon.

A good win. How many of these young men do you think will make it to the big club?
